Nezyabl-qokê Bî (/ʤɘˈnoze/ /ˈqokɘ/ [azure] [massacre]) is a temperate Town located in Bellrock Dutchy, Èjila Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Nezyabl-qokê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Nezyabl-qokê Bî was founded by Narcissa Zlkadsm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Nezyabl-qokê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Nezyabl-qokê Bî receives an average of 288 cm/y (113 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Nezyabl-qokê Bî covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2140 m (7020 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Nezyabl-qokê Bî was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1495, by Narcissa Zlkadsm. The establishment of Nezyabl-qokê Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Narcissa Zlkadsm electing to pay people to resettle in Nezyabl-qokê Bî.

Nezyabl-qokê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nezyabl-qokê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Nezyabl-qokê Bî is was constructed arround several crampt paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Nezyabl-qokê Bî's somewhat suffishent are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Nezyabl-qokê Bî possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Nezyabl-qokê Bî's grid is powered by mana accumulators.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Nezyabl-qokê Bî's natural decorations nor waterways.

Nezyabl-qokê Bî has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

Nezyabl-qokê Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

In Nezyabl-qokê Bî most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.

The Ooze, Amber near Nezyabl-qokê Bî are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Nezyabl-qokê Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves bloodletting to channel Charm energies of tier 3 via oath swearing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century was ravaged by a deadly sickness. was the epicenter of the disaster, but Nezyabl-qokê Bî suffered the most. Nezyabl-qokê Bî lost 244 people, 158 livestock, and 92 buildings in the disaster.. The disaster is spoken of in hushed whispers as the Wrath of Hate.
